About This Race
The Tommy Laudani Delone Dash is an annual 5K or 3K trail run on Delone Catholic High School's cross country course at Codorus State Park Marina in Hanover, PA. The scenic trail run supports four beneficiaries including the A Week Away Foundation and the Tommy Laudani A.C.E. Award. Packet pickup and race day registration run from 7:15 to 8:15 AM, with the race starting at 8:30 AM. One hundred percent of profits go to the supported groups.

Awards
Prizes given to Top 3 Overall Male and Female in the 5K and Top Male and Female 12 and under in the 3K. Medals given to Top 3 Male and Female in age groups 13 & Under, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+ for the 5K, and top 3 overall 12 and under for the 3K.
