About This Race

The Paws & Pom‑Poms Run is a community race benefiting the TK Stone Middle School cheer team. The scenic 5K/10K/25K course welcomes runners, walkers, families, and fans of all ages and features cheer stations and Panther-themed fun. The race takes place at Freeman Lake Park on August 22nd, 2026 at 10am. All proceeds go directly to the TK Stone Middle School cheer team.

Overall Awards for Top Male and Female finishers; Age Group Awards 1st place in each age group: 10 & under, 11–14, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+; Special Spirit Awards for Best Cheer Spirit Outfit, Best Panther Pride Team, and Top Fundraising Team.
