About This Race
Dahlonega's 4th of July Firecracker 5K and Fun Run is hosted by the Lumpkin County Sheriff's Office in partnership with local 501c3 non-profit Team Give Back. The race starts and finishes in historic downtown Dahlonega, GA on July 4, 2026. All proceeds go toward Lumpkin County Sheriff's Office Youth Programs.

Water station and snacks provided along course.
Awards
Awards given to the overall male and female and the top three male/female in each age division (12 and under, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and up).

Friday July 3rd 10:00am to 6:00pm at Lumpkin County Sheriff's Office (385 East Main Street, Dahlonega GA 30533); Race Day 6:00am to 7:00am (13 South Park Street).
