About This Race
The Summer Solstice Run is an 8.6-mile run on the Minnewaska State Park Preserve's unpaved but well-groomed carriage paths in Kerhonkson, NY. Runners pass pristine glacial lakes and summit the highest point on Shawangunk Ridge with cliffside views. The race features chip timing, commemorative towels for all finishers, and overall and age-group awards.
