About This Race

The Shady City Race is the 3rd annual chip-timed event on the Jim Simmons Memorial Trail in Marysville, Ohio. Participants run, jog, or walk a tree-lined, paved trail with options including the Leafy Loop 5K, the Tree Line Trek 10K, and the Sapling Dash for kids. A portion of proceeds supports Blessings in a Backpack, which provides weekly food for local children.
