About This Race

The Des Moines Donut Mile is a family-friendly novelty event in Clive, Iowa where participants eat a glazed donut hole before each quarter-mile lap of the mile. Spectators are invited to eat donuts and spray participants with water guns. Bibs and prizes are available before the race from 8:00 to 8:45am.
