About This Race

Grab your Dad and join us for the second annual Big Father’s Day 5K benefitting the Big Bill Foundation! A fun Saturday morning run down the Bradenton Riverwalk followed by food and family will be a great start to your Father’s Day weekend and your summer! Don’t want to run a 5K? Join us for a 1-Mile family fun run or the Kids Dash. However you participate, we can’t wait to see you there!

Kids Dash (12 & Under)
Kids Dash bracketed by age group! Kids will participate in age appropriate sprints and will receive a finisher's medal and custom bib. Kids will be grouped 3y-4y, 5y-6y, 7y-9y, 10-12y. Kids registering for the 5K or 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk are welcome to participate in the Kids Dash as well.

5K Run/Walk 5K
All participants will receive a chip timed race bib, finisher's medal, and commemorative race hat. All are also invited to enjoy the post race party with complimentary food and beverages for race participants! Runner's must be 5 years of age or older. Any child 4 or under must remain in a stroller if they are going to be with their parents/guardian during the 5K. *Please note, hats are first come first serve and one size fits all. After all hats are sold out, you will be able to choose the no hat option. A discount will not be given if you choose the no hat option but will be considered a direct donation to the Big Bill Foundation.*

1-Mile Family Fun Run/Walk (Untimed)
All participants will receive a themed race bib and commemorative race hat. All are also invited to enjoy the post race party with complimentary food and beverages! Runner's must be 3 years of age or older. Any child 2 or under must remain in a stroller if they are going to be with their parents/guardian during the fun run/walk. *Please note, hats are first come first serve and one size fits all. After all hats are sold out, you will be able to choose the no hat option. A discount will not be given if you choose the no hat option but will be considered a direct donation to the Big Bill Foundation.*

5K Virtual 5K
Join us for the Inaugural Big Father's Day 5K Virtually! Sign up and receive a digital bib in your email by race day! After completing your Virtual 5K, upload your time by Sunday, June 22nd to receive your cap or visor and finisher's medal in the mail within 5-10 business days of the 22nd. Virtual participants are not eligible for age group awards. *Please note, hats are first come first serve and one size fits all. After all hats are sold out, you will be able to choose the no hat option. A discount will not be given if you choose the no hat option but will be considered a direct donation to the Big Bill Foundation.*
