About This Race
The Philadelphia Marathon Weekend (November 20-22, 2026) offers races for seasoned and first-time athletes across multiple distances. Saturday (November 21) features the Dietz & Watson Philadelphia Half Marathon and Rothman Orthopaedics 8K, with the TIAA Philadelphia Marathon and Philadelphia Kids Run on Sunday (November 22). The courses begin from Benjamin Franklin Parkway (2600 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy) and are consistently ranked among the top ten races in the country, known for scenic and fan-friendly routing. The marathon is sold out; guaranteed entry is available through 50+ official charity partners including American Association for Cancer Research, American Cancer Society, Girls on the Run Philadelphia, Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, and many others. Race expo and packet pickup occur Friday and Saturday at Philadelphia Convention Center. Professional athlete divisions are available by invitation.
