About This Race

Hope...It's a Beach Thing is an annual 5K fundraiser for brain tumor research held in memory of Tim Beach on the University of Dayton campus. 100% of proceeds go to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to support Dr. David Reardon's brain tumor research. The event has raised over $809,000 over 14 years.
