About This Race
The Frozen Nuts Trail Run is a January trail run set in Pulaski County Park on the banks of Lake Cumberland in Nancy, Kentucky. The well-kept and well-marked trails feature rolling hills, with Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K distances. This is a bring-your-own food and hydration event with no on-course water or aid stations. Finisher medals are awarded to all participants.
