About This Race
Join us for this 11th Annual Christmas time classic supporting medical & dental missions in Honduras!
Sunday, December 6, 2026 at 2:00pm at Lakeview Park in Frankfort, KY. Little Frosty Dash will begin at 1:40.
RACE FEATURES:
- Scenic paved trail course at beautiful Lakeview Park
- 5K Run/Walk, and FREE Kid's "Little Frosty" Dash
- Commemorative long sleeved race T-shirts (unisex & youth sizes)
- Top 3 M/F Overall & Top 3 M/F Age Group Awards - custom made! (5 year divisions)
- Christmas carolers and music along the 5K route
- Post race hot chocolate & snacks
- A special visit from Frosty and Santa!
- Food, fun, fellowship and Christmas music
- Franklin County Health Department will be providing vaccinations - get your flu, Covid 19 and/or Ddap vaccines. Bring your insurance or Medicare card or $5 per shot cash.
- We will have a small silent auction and raffles. Past race shirts for sale
- Greenhouses of Love will be accepting gently used clothing/shoes to send to Honduras; we will gratefully accept your donations!
Proceeds benefit the Greenhouses of Love, Medical & Dental Honduras Mission Team, Mission Frankfort Clinic and St. Vincent De Paul

Frankfort Frosty 5K
Chip timed 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk on paved trail surfaces. Awards presented for Top 3 M/F Overall & Top 3 M/F in 5 year age divisions. Registrants receive a commemorative long sleeved race shirt while supplies last.

A free 1/4 mile untimed kid's dash for children 9 and under. All participating children receive a participation medal. Parents can add a commemorative race T-shirt for a $12 add on fee.

Take this opportunity to support the Greenhouses of Love, Honduras Medical Mission Team, the Mission Frankfort Clinic, St Vincent De Paul by running or walking in your own hometown (wherever you live) as a "Virtual Runner". You run or walk the 5K (3.1 miles) wherever you are, whenever you want! We'll mail you your commemorative race shirt.
