About This Race
The Palm Springs WILD TURKEY TROT 5K is a Thanksgiving morning race starting at 100 N. Palm Canyon in downtown Palm Springs. Hosted by the Palm Springs Marathon Runners, it offers both in-person and virtual participation for individuals and teams. All event proceeds support local causes including the Palm Springs Police Department, Mizell Senior Center Meals on Wheels, and Guide Dogs of the Desert.
