About This Race

The Folsom Firecracker is the 14th annual Fourth of July event held at the Lake Natoma Bike Trails in Folsom, California. It offers 10K, 5K, 2 Mile, and Kids Fun Run distances with staggered start times beginning at 7:45 a.m. The event benefits Shriners Hospitals for Children Northern California and includes chip timing, a race t-shirt, and finisher medals.

Race Swag
For the 2 Mile, 5K, and 10K: a race t-shirt and a sparkly red-white-and-blue finisher's medal. Kids Run entry includes a bib number and finisher medal.

Awards

Overall Awards to the top three finishers per gender plus top overall male, female, and nonbinary finishers, with age group awards based on net time. Special divisions also have prizes.
