About This Race

Point O' Woods Beach 5K Run/Walk takes place in Old Lyme, CT and benefits the Point O' Woods Recreation Department. The registration fee includes a tee shirt. Prizes are awarded to the overall males and females. Participation is restricted to residents of Point O' Woods Beach Association or their friends and relatives.
