About This Race
The Music City Turkey Trot is Nashville's beloved Thanksgiving morning running tradition, winding participants through the streets of downtown Nashville from Nissan Stadium. The event offers a 5K run/walk and a 1-Mile Waddle, welcoming participants of all ages and fitness levels including leashed dogs, and features a costume contest, team competitions, and live entertainment along the course. All finishers receive commemorative participant shirts and finisher medals, making it a festive way to kick off Thanksgiving Day.
