About This Race
The Applied Materials Silicon Valley Turkey Trot is billed as the largest Thanksgiving Day race in America, drawing over 20,000 participants to downtown San Jose each year. Founded and produced by the Silicon Valley Leadership Group Foundation, the event welcomes participants of all fitness levels to a flat, fast downtown course on Thanksgiving morning. All proceeds are donated to four local nonprofits: Healthier Kids Foundation, HomeFirst, Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, and Second Harvest Food Bank Santa Cruz County. Registration includes a race shirt, bib, and chip timing.

Packet Pickup
Pre-race packet pickup November 22-26 at Sports Basement locations (11 AM-6 PM). Race day pickup begins at 7:00 AM; bibs close at 9:00 AM.
