About This Race
The Mile High United Way Turkey Trot 2026 is Denver's Thanksgiving Day tradition held on November 26, 2026, featuring a chip-timed 4-mile run and a 1-mile Lil' Gobbler Family Fun Run. The 4-mile route is a relatively flat point-to-point course starting at South High School (1700 E. Louisiana Ave.) with three staggered wave starts at 9:00, 9:30, and 10:00 AM. Proceeds benefit Mile High United Way, supporting early childhood education, youth workforce development, and family basic needs assistance in Metro Denver.
