About This Race
The Battle of Leon Creek is the fourth and final race of the Alamo Beer Challenge Series, organized by ScallyWompus Events along San Antonio's Leon Creek linear park greenway. The paved trail course winds past sun and shade with rolling terrain, offering distances from a 0.05K novelty sprint up to a 20-miler for the most ambitious runners. Post-race festivities include food and beer at the finish line, making it a beloved end-of-season celebration for the San Antonio running community.
