About This Race

The Golden Gate Half Marathon & 5K invites runners to experience the iconic Golden Gate Bridge on November 1, 2026. The half marathon course begins at Aquatic Park on historic Muni Pier, travels through the Marina, Crissy Field, and the Presidio, crosses the Golden Gate Bridge twice, and finishes at Fort Mason's Great Meadow. Participants enjoy stunning views of the San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz, and the city skyline throughout the race.
