About This Race
The Nationwide Children's Hospital Columbus Marathon weekend features the Jesse Owens 5K alongside a full marathon, half marathon, 1-mile run, and Kids Run, held annually in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Organized in partnership with Nationwide Children's Hospital, the event has been branded 'America's Most Meaningful Race' reflecting its 15-year charity partnership that has raised over $15 million. The 5K and all races start and finish near North Bank Park in the heart of Columbus. The race weekend spans October 17-18, 2026.
