About This Race

The Jeff Winter City of Lakes Half Marathon is an iconic Minneapolis event with over 60 years of history, running scenic parkways around Lake Harriet and Bde Maka Ska in South Minneapolis. The USATF-certified, flat, and fast course is limited to 1,800 participants and starts at 8:00 AM at Beard's Plaisance. Registration is $60–$80, and all finishers receive a pint glass and free downloadable race photos, with cash prizes for top finishers.
