Lakeshore Marathon

The Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon is Wisconsin's largest and oldest marathon and serves as the 2026 Wisconsin RRCA Marathon Championship, offering the unique distinction of crossing Milwaukee's iconic Hoan Bridge — an experience only possible at this event. The USATF-certified, Boston-qualifying point-to-point course starts at Grafton High School, winds through rural countryside and North Shore neighborhoods, and finishes at Veterans Park along the shores of Lake Michigan with approximately 40% of the route running alongside the lake. Post-race festivities at Urban Park include beer, brats, and live entertainment.
