About This Race
The Santa Rosa Marathon Weekend offers runners a scenic journey through California's wine country in Sonoma County, with a mostly flat course that winds past vineyard-lined paths and picturesque rolling hills. The 5K and 10K take place on Saturday, August 22, 2026, with a post-race celebration at Old Courthouse Square where all finishers receive a complimentary beer. Every participant receives a commemorative finisher medal and a full-zip hoodie as part of the race swag package.
