IRONMAN 70.3 Washington

IRONMAN 70.3 Washington is a half-distance triathlon held in Maple Valley, Washington, southeast of Seattle, drawing more than 2,500 athletes from across the country and internationally. The course begins with a 1.2-mile swim in the calm waters of Lake Wilderness, followed by a 56-mile bike ride through rolling hills and rural back roads of the Maple Valley region. Athletes complete the race with a 13.1-mile run along the scenic Cedar River Trail and Green River Trail system.
