About This Race
The 29th Annual Ruthie Dino-Marshall 5K honors the legacy of Ruthie Dino-Marshall, a tireless community advocate who spent her career supporting the Middletown School District and the YMCA. Held near the Middletown YMCA, this enduring community event raises money for the Ruthie Dino-Marshall Memorial Fund and the YMCA's Strong Kids Campaign. Race, walk, or dash options welcome participants of all ages, including a Kid's Dash and a Student Run division. A vendor area with food sampling opens early in the morning, creating a festive atmosphere for the whole family. The 5K course is USATF certified.
