About This Race

The Independence Day 5K Run and Walk is hosted by Emmet County Parks and Recreation to benefit local parks and facilities, and is open to all ages. It takes place at Camp Petosega in Alanson, Michigan on the cross country trail. Participants are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue to celebrate Independence Day, and early registrants receive a T-shirt while supplies last.
