Friday Night Lights 5k

Celebrate the kick off of high school football Friday night lights with the Devil Dogs (we have a bye week)! Run or walk with us to raise money for the Travelers Rest High School Football team.

This fundraiser supports more than just football—it helps build a gold standard program in Travelers Rest that unites all ages, strengthens community pride, and provides the necessary resources needed to develop a superior student athlete experience.

Safety and fun are both covered, with a City of Travelers Rest Police escort keeping your sprint smooth from start to finish. Then stick around for a post-race hangout with music and fun for the whole family.

If you're racing for bling, we've got top 3 age group awards, and with chip timing plus live results, your finish time hits the board instantly. PR and then party!

Time: Race Starts at 6:30pm (Packet Pickup opens at 5:30pm)

Bonus: 200-Meter Fun Run for kids 12 & under right after the 5K start!

The race begins with a zooming downhill mile, winds through the scenic neighborhoods of Travelers Rest, and finishes near the Trailblazer Park amphitheater and farmers market pavilion.
