About This Race
The Friday Night Lights 5K in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, celebrates the kickoff of high school football season as a fundraiser for the Travelers Rest High School Football team. The chip-timed course begins with a downhill mile, winds through scenic neighborhoods, and finishes near the Trailblazer Park amphitheater and farmers market pavilion. The event includes a 200-meter kids fun run and a post-race hangout with music and family fun.
