About This Race
Stephen's Run is a 6k cross country trail race held on the trails of Long Point State Park on Chautauqua Lake in Bemus Point, New York. It is run in memory of Stephen Pangborn, a Maple Grove cross country runner who passed away in 2000, with proceeds going to the Stephen Pangborn Memorial Scholarship Fund. The race is part of the Chautauqua Striders 2026 Runner of the Year Series. Overall and age group prizes are awarded and light post-run refreshments are provided.
