About This Race

Palmdale's Stars, Stripes & Sneakers 5k is hosted by the City of Palmdale and the High Desert Runners at Sam Yellen Park to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The 5k race is professionally chip timed, with t-shirts and medals given to all participants while supplies last. Kids Red, White & Zoom Fun Runs of 1/2 K and 1 K are offered for younger participants. Age group awards are given in the 5k race.

Packet Pickup

July 3rd 5pm-8pm at Legacy Commons for Active Seniors; July 4th race morning starting at 6:30am at Sam Yellen Park.
