About This Race

Grady's Superhero Run is a family-friendly 5K and kid's fun run, with a new virtual run option, held in Dorchester, IA starting in front of Knotty Marie's on Waterloo Creek Drive. The in-person run is followed by a bounce house, kids' games, prize giveaways, a DJ, and a light meal. The event is a memorial run for Grady Lundgren-Hammel, with proceeds divided between families experiencing medical issues and the Grady Lundgren-Hammel memorial scholarship.
