About This Race
The Health to Better Living 5K and Fun Run is the 3rd annual race held in Effingham, Kansas, in loving memory of Jim and Lisa Wilson. The 5K starts at 7:00 AM and the approximately one-mile Fun Run starts at 7:05 AM, with the start and finish line at the corner of William and 4th Street. The race benefits 4H members in Atchison County by helping cover the cost of 4H camp. Cash prizes are awarded for 1st and 2nd place in both the 5K and the Fun Run.
