About This Race
Description
Skyhawks Track & Field combines technical development, fundamental techniques, and safety with a major focus on fun. Using special equipment, our staff teaches exercises and drills that prepare athletes for a future of track & field events and cross county while inspiring a love for running and being active. Track & Field athletes will participate in events such as sprints, relays, hurdles, shot put, and long jump. Participants put it all together for one fun-filled day at the Skyhawks tract meet. Participants should bring two snacks and plenty of water
