About This Race
The Essex Revolution Run/Walk 250 is a professionally chip-timed 4-mile (6.5K) race in Essex, New York, celebrating the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution. The course begins on a hard-packed dirt country road through Adirondack farmland, transitions to pavement with one climb, and finishes in downtown historic Essex by Lake Champlain. All proceeds benefit High Peaks Hospice.
