About This Race

The Coast Guard City USA Run is presented by Trinity Health Grand Haven and hosted by the Tri-Cities Family YMCA. It features a USATF certified 5K, a USATF certified 10K, a combo 5K+10K Coastie Challenge, and a 1 Mile Family Fun Run along Lake Michigan in Grand Haven, MI. The event welcomes racers and walkers of all ages.

Hydration Support

Aide Stations at Duncan Woods (5k and 10k) and Harbor Island (10k); water and Gatorade at aide stations and the finish line.

Awards

5K and 10K Male & Female Open and Masters plus age groups from 8 and under to 85 and over; Coastie Challenge overall winners only. Awards Ceremony at 9:15am.

Packet Pickup

PACKET PICK UP/LATE REGISTRATION on Friday, July 24 from 3:00-6:00 pm and Saturday, July 25 beginning at 6:30 am at the Tri-Cities Family YMCA. All packets must be picked up by 9:00 am.
