About This Race
The Tristan Calvin 5k Scholarship run is held on the Owen Valley cross country course in Spencer, IN in memory of Tristan Calvin, an Owen Valley senior whose life was cut short in a 2023 traffic accident. Proceeds support a scholarship in his name to keep his giving spirit alive. Registration opens at 6:45am with the race starting at 8:00am, and awards go to the top running and walking individuals as well as runner age group winners.
