About This Race
The Say Grace Race is GraceMed's signature 5K fundraiser and Wichita's largest local 5K, held Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026 at 9:30 am. The race starts outside the GraceMed Helen Galloway Health Clinic at 1122 N. Topeka St. and runs through the historic Midtown neighborhood. Participant perks include chip timing, a race t-shirt, a finisher medal, age-group awards, and fruit and water, with proceeds supporting GraceMed's care for the medically underserved.
