About This Race

Beyond The Grave 5K is a nighttime Halloween race through the trails of a historic cemetery in Lake Mary, Florida. Runners can choose the 1.8-mile Spirit Sprint or the 3.1-mile Double Grave Dare, and every runner receives a headband flashlight. Proceeds support the Rotary Club of Seminole County Sunset Scholarship Fund.

Packet Pick-Up at Front Running Sports, 1061 S Sun Drive #1097, Lake Mary, FL 32746, Wednesday-Friday 10:00 am-7:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am-2:00 pm. Race Day Packet Pick-Up starts at 5:30 pm at Seacoast Bank.

The 1.55-Mile "Spirit Sprint" – Perfect for those seeking a spooky taste of cemetery running. One hauntingly beautiful loop through the graveyard under the stars. The 3.1-Mile "Double Grave Dare" – For the brave souls ready to face the cemetery twice! Loop through the hallowed grounds not once, but twice in this ultimate test of courage and endurance. Simply follow the signs on the race course to take a second loop around. Please note: This is not a chip-timed race.

Complete the 5K at your own pace and post your results and photos online. Finishers receive a race shirt and finisher medal which can be picked up in Lake Mary, FL or mailed for an additional charge (select shipping at checkout).

KIDS RACE ‘Zombie Shuffle’
The kids race is a 100 yard dash, kids will receive a finishers medal when they cross the finish line. This is a great photo opportunity for the whole family. Race shirt and headlamp are not included.
