About This Race

The Terri Roemer Paramus Run is the 47th annual event in Paramus, New Jersey, starting at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. It includes a Marty Roemer Memorial 10K, a Lou Lanzalotto Memorial 5K, a 5K Health Walk, and a One Mile Fun Run for kids. Funds raised benefit the Paramus Scholarship Fund and Valley Home Care's Butterflies program for seriously ill children.

Pre-race packet pickup at Road Runner Sports, 65 Route 4 West, Paramus, NJ on Friday Oct 16 3:00-7:00pm and Saturday Oct 17 10:00am-2:00pm; check-in/packet pickup also begins 7:30am race day.
