About This Race

The Panther Pride 5K is a run/walk hosted by the JFS/MCTS Alumni Association, a 501c3 organization, in Beatrice, Alabama. Proceeds raise funds to provide scholarships to graduating seniors of J.F. Shields High School. The event brings together alumni, individuals, and businesses to benefit the school and community.

Package Pickup will be on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm for in person participants and virtual participants who do not select to have their package mailed. Package Pickup location will be at J. F. Shields High School (17688 AL-21, Beatrice, AL 36425).

Package Pickup will be on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm for in person participants and virtual participants who do not select to have their package mailed. Package Pickup location will be at J. F. Shields High School (17688 AL-21, Beatrice, AL 36425). Packages will be mailed out the week of June 22, 2026 for virtual participants who selected the shipping option when selecting their t-shirt size. Virtual participants will be able to enter their completion time starting on Monday, June 1, 2026 until Saturday, June 27, 2026.
