About This Race

The Adult Track Meet is the 2nd Annual track meet hosted by Run810 Running Club in Flint, Michigan. It brings adults of all fitness levels together for friendly competition across running, field, and relay events. Field events begin at 11:00 am and the main event starts at 12:00 pm with sprints, hurdles, distance races, and relays.

✨️Field Events start at 11am: Shot put, discus, long jump, high jump ✨️Bauman's 5000m: 1st flight will race at 10am. 2nd flight will race at 12pm. ✨️All other running events will start at 12pm.
