About This Race
The Spring Water Festival 5K is a walk/run held as part of the 45th Annual Spring Water Festival in Williamston, South Carolina. The race starts and ends at the parking lot beside McDonald's on West Main Street, with all proceeds going toward renovations for Mineral Spring Park. The two-day festival also features free kids activities, amusement rides, vendors, an auto show, and live music.
