5K - Competitive Heat (Individuals) 5K
This heat is for all of you competitive athletes out there that really want to get after it and race the course! Only sign up for this heat if you think you have what it takes to be King or Queen of the all terrain. This heat will be timed and we have awards for the top 3. *If you are between the ages of 9-12 - we ask that you have a parent/guardian run with you the entire time, due to the terrain.
