About This Race

The first-ever Polka Run 5K is part of the Lithuanian Folk Dance Festival held July 10-12 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The course runs along Lake Shore Drive and the shores of Lake Michigan with the Chicago skyline as a backdrop. Participants are encouraged to wear the colors of the Lithuanian flag, and every finisher receives a custom medal.
