About This Race
The OMRR Cabin Fever Reliever features a USATF-certified course for 5K, 10K, and 20K races held at Logan Rogersville High School in Rogersville, MO. The wintery run takes place on rolling hills, and as one of the only 20K events around it offers a chance to compete for a Missouri state record. The race benefits the Logan-Rogersville High School Cross Country Team.
Course & Race Day Details
Hydration Support
Water, electrolytes & gels available. One aid station about 1/4 through the 10K course, passed four times; none on the 5K course.
Awards
Overall male and female, Masters (40+), and Grand Masters (55+) for all races; 1st, 2nd & 3rd age group awards. No physical awards given; winners listed online. No ceremony.

Packet Pickup
No Friday pickup. Race day pickup inside the high school from 7:00am to 8:45am.
