About This Race
The Courtland Pear Fair 5 and 10 Mile Run takes place on the last Sunday of July as part of the Pear Fair, celebrating the Bartlett pear harvest. Runners choose either a 5 or 10 mile course that is mostly off-road on country dirt, gravel, and paved sections. A free half-mile Kids Fun Run starts at 7:45am, and a pancake breakfast follows the race. All proceeds go toward local high school athletic programs and scholarships.
