About This Race
The First Responders 5K recognizes the strength, perseverance, and courage of police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and 911 operators in the Rochester area. The race raises awareness for PTSD in first responders and raises funds for the FRST Agency, which supports first responders dealing with the effects of PTSD. A portion of proceeds and 100% of additional donations are donated to the charity.

Top 3 Overall Male and Female: Cash Prizes 1st - $200, 2nd - $100, 3rd - $75. Age Group Awards to Top 3 Male/Female in 5 year age groups. Award to fastest in full uniform/gear (EMS, Fire, Police).

Packet Pickup
Thursday, September 3rd from 10AM - 6PM at Fleet Feet @ The Armory. Packets can be picked up at the race site from 5:15PM to 6:15PM.
