About This Race

The 1st Annual Newtown Community Running Event is a day for runners, walkers, and families, featuring Newtown's first-ever half marathon along with 5K, 10K, and a kids run. The event takes place at the Fairfield Hills Campus and offers multiple distances with a welcoming atmosphere. Net proceeds benefit Newtown Ambulance in honor of Greg Ritzinger.
