About This Race

The Wichita I Wanna Rock 5K/10K is a rock and roll themed event in Wichita, Kansas featuring the sounds of the 1980s with heavy metal and hair bands. All participants receive a heavy metal medal and compete for age group and overall awards. Distances include a 5K, 10K, Lil' Rockers Kids Run, and a Virtual 5K/10K. Cool rock and roll t-shirts are available for $7.
