About This Race

The Lutz Independence Day 5k and 1-Mile Fun Run is a family event celebrating Independence Day in Lutz, FL, held annually on July 4th preceding the Lutz Independence Day Parade. The 5K is chip-timed and sells out every year. Online registration is required with no race-day registration, and all finishers receive medals. A portion of the proceeds is distributed to the Lutz community.

Race Weekend Logistics

Packet Pickup

Packet pickup Friday 7/3 1-6pm at the Lutz Train Depot, 101 W Lutz Lake Fern Rd; remaining packets available race morning 6:30-7:00am.
