About This Race
The Freedom 5K in Keystone Heights, FL is part of the town's Independence Day Celebration, starting and finishing on Lawrence Boulevard in front of City Hall. The shaded course winds through the neighborhoods surrounding Keystone Heights Elementary School and is professionally chip-timed by Florida Race Day. The race benefits the Jordan Cooper Memorial Scholarship Fund, which gives scholarships to Keystone Heights High School graduating seniors. The first 400 finishers receive finisher medals.

Water stations are located at mile 1, 2.25 and the start/finish area.
Awards
Awards to the top three overall male and female finishers based on time, plus top male and female in age categories from 9 and under through over 70 and a wheelchair division.
